codex ssh只有用账户登录才能用吗？

如图，我是使用的自建 free号池的 cpa 连接codex，codex里的ssh是连接成功了的，但是提问的时候显示：Failed to refresh token: 403 Forbidden: Country, region, or territory not supported 和 Your access token could not be refreshed because your refresh token was already used. Please log out and sign in again.
