各位大佬好，最近在折腾 Codex 的 Computer Use （电脑控制）功能时遇到了报错，卡在第一步无法使用，特来社区请教。 故障现象：打开功能时直接弹窗提示："Disabled by your organization or unavailable in your region"（由您的组织禁用或在您所在的地区不可用） 操作系统：Windows 11 已挂美国 VPN 全局模式 GPT PRO 100 刀版本（苹果订阅，自己的 visa 支付） 此外，还碰到一个问题 codex 桌面语言设置为中文（中国），但是界面 UI 还是英文的。。。
