前言：从看到一些戒色帖和性问题帖子有感而发。希望对年轻的男性佬友有所帮助，无需背负道德枷锁以及造成个人的心理负担。基于默沙东卫生手册 Merck Manual / MSD Manual 关于自慰的医学共识整理。自慰是人类最常见的性行为之一（Roth et al., 2023）。约有 97% 的男性和 80% 的女性曾有过自慰行为；其中，33% 的女性和 66% 的男性报告称，在此前 4 周内至少自慰过一次（Mercer et al., 2013）。目前没有发现自慰会导致已知的生理负面后果（Zimmer & Imhoff, 2020）。虽然自慰通常是无害的，但一些人仍然持有反对或惩罚性的态度，由此造成的内疚感可能带来明显困扰，并影响性表现。只有在以下情况下，自慰才会被视为异常：妨碍以伴侣为对象的性行为；在公共场合进行；因明显的强迫性而造成痛苦，影响工作、社交或其他生活领域的正常进行。即使在健康的性关系中，自慰也往往会在一定程度上持续存在。自慰者可能会获得更好的幸福感、增强生育能力，并且可以在没有感染性传播疾病风险的情况下获得性满足（Coleman, 2003; Ayad et al., 2018）。 References Ayad, B.
